I used to enjoy working with my team members but the immense pressure to deliver created a stressful environment.

Cons

The CEO rating says it all...hardly anyone approves of the CEO. The Head of HR spends a significant amount of time gossiping about colleagues, particularly those in the Hyderabad office. In my experience, this created an unprofessional environment and undermined trust. Unfortunately, I found the leadership culture to be toxic overall, with poor leadership behaviours extending beyond just one individual.

Sometimes you will get a chance to showcase your skills. Salary is good. Top level management is good

Cons

Till 2024 it was good. Later management changed... everything changed. Now it is like ONE MAN SHOW in Hyderabad office.

Toxic culture and incompetent leadership hinder progress

Pros

They are sitting as IoT vendor to many big companies , have a great market share in non iso containers.

Cons

Incompetent leadership, toxic work culture. Without any vision of doing things employee are asked to finish complex big data transformations that carry real business meaning in 24 hours, expected to be working on weekends, morning or night anytime could be pulled in calls. They are they r moving fast but they are so stuck in jira and documentation. Lots of dirty politics within senior leaders and no clear vision.
