      Pros

      Great place to work as an automotive technician. Very family oriented. The staff on all levels are welcoming, attentive and patient. If you're in the early stages of your career as a tech., I would recommend this company.

      Cons

      The only con as a tech is the flat rate system... if business is slow, it's difficult to achieve your efficiency index.
