I found some of the best coworkers and friends, and the benefits were decent.

Cons

Management continually ignores problems when they arise. The pay was not competitive with other credit unions in the Knoxville area. Treated as replaceable and did not value long term employees.

Great benefits, great work environment, great upper management, good amount of PTO, gainsharing, community involvement, yearly pay increases

Cons

While there are yearly pay increases, the percentage goes down each year as your salary rises, even if you performed the same or better as previous years.
