      Great teams, supportive staff, a lot of ways to get involved, a lot of upward mobility if you put in the effort and show you can be supportive to others. Most leaders are great and want to see you succeed and grow. If you are looking for a job to learn something new and stay put this is a great place too.

      Cons

      Not many. (Just a word to the wise. A lot of the negative reviews below are from employees/ managers who couldn’t change with the times. I would bet that some of the former manager’s and employee complaints below are ones that refused to evolve with the times. ORNL went through a positive transition a few years ago and not everyone survived it. Luckily the ones that stayed have made it an even better place)
