I found some of the best coworkers and friends, and the benefits were decent.

Cons

Management continually ignores problems when they arise. The pay was not competitive with other credit unions in the Knoxville area. Treated as replaceable and did not value long term employees.

I'm glad I finally have a job that I look forward to each morning. My department is amazing and I can count on them for anything. Everyone is very inspiring and encourages each other to do their best work. We have a lot of fun and get to participate in a lot of company activities you wouldn't get to elsewhere. The benefits are wonderful. I came from a place that didn't invest in their employees, coming to ORNL FCU has been like night and day. I love it here and can't wait to continue to grow with this credit union.

Cons

For my specific position, there is some travel that can be inconvenient at times. But, they reimburse you for mileage, and sometimes I love being able to getaway from the office. I wouldn't say there are a lot of cons working here.
