Pros

The agency's mission of protecting federal employee whistleblowers is critical. Many staff are experts in their field and a please to work with.

Cons

Under-staffed IT and administrative staff make it hard to get things done at time. Some really poor leadership in certain areas, including a chaotic management style at the top.

Pros

Good worklife balance ... Not much else

Cons

You better have little ambition unless you are a lawyer or an accountant and be comfortable wirth the stereotype of public service because that is exactly what you will be getting.

Pros

People were generally nice and friendly

Cons

Poor IT managment, power hungry, hostile towards employees. If your looking for an IT job speak to subordinate IT staff without management present.
