      - pay is fair - educational benefits are very helpful

      Cons

      - far too focused on "customer service" and image that it detracts from actual patient care - treated like CS rep and not a licensed nurse - the "scripting" and verbiage they try to force is ridiculous - corporate culture and far too many executives have no direct care experience and IT SHOWS
