Not as ethical as they seem

Cons
They care way too much about the money but don’t actually care about their patients and employees as much as they say. They are ALWAYS low staffed no matter which location you work at. They have one of the lowest income rates in all of the healthcare facilities. They do not hire people based on skill they only want bodies. They will literally hire anyone. One time my boss asked for my opinion about a possible new hire and I told them “they seem really nice but they are very inexperienced.” My boss’s response was “well everyone is when they are first hired.” I worked in a hospital mind you not a nursing home…. There was also several times when there was a code and supplies were not stocked in the crash cart so they had to send someone to look for stuff. One time there weren’t any shock pads…. They will also guilt trip you any time you call off and try to convince you to come in later that day. One time I called off because I could not stop throwing up and had a fever and they literally asked if I would come in for half my shift.
