      Pros

      A consistent paycheck every two weeks

      Cons

      Horrible health insurance, even with the highest tier. They force you to take PTO for major holidays without telling you. They preach the "mission" and act holier than thou when they are using you for every penny.

      Lots of training classes and meetings

      Cons

      You can’t make any mistakes and if the Dr makes a mistake they make it very clear it’s your job to correct it because you will be one punished and or terminated
