I think OSF does a great job of creating a strong and positive work culture. In addition, the staff across all departments is very diverse, inclusive and caring.
Cons
At points, OSF doesn't provide adequate support to allow staff to provide the best experience possible for patients due to staffing issues and the effects low staff has on the redistribution of responsibilities to existing employees
