      good pay and decent benefits; interesting job and always learning new things in the medical field

      Cons

      the case management department is unfair to social workers and favors RNs. they do the exact same job but RNs make more and SWs need more education. leadership is terrible and they have a hard time keeping case managers for more than a year.
