Pros

There is lot to learn as fresher and OSI provides lot of learning opportunities in big technologies and parallelly allows you to work in projects. One of the best learning resource for freshers and also experienced. Friendly culture and everyone is helpful. Work-life balance is good. Senior Management is easily approachable.
