I received a salary increment in my first year, which was motivating. The company offers great learning opportunities, especially in the first year. Supportive colleagues and a generally collaborative work environment. Competitive salary and benefits in the beginning. Flexibility in working hours and a good work-life balance.

Cons

Performance expectations were not always clear or consistent. I was asked to move to a performance improvement plan with no support. The path to advancement felt limited and rigid, with only one narrow way to get promoted that didn’t align with my strengths or career goals. Pressure to meet performance metrics that were ambiguous, making it hard to succeed. Limited room for growth after the first year, especially if performance wasn’t fully aligned with management’s expectations. The company didn’t focus on leveraging employees’ strengths or areas where we could excel, but instead concentrated on meeting unclear performance targets.
