Pros
Best thing is most of the people. Most are willing to support and help in tough situations. Just don’t turn your back back on anyone.
Cons
Management sucks. Everyone works in silos and there is no upward movement. Forced PTO and pay reductions are abound. Layoffs come about every 6 months. No new inventive products.
