      Low Pay, Poor conditions, Poor communication

      Pros

      Fun co-workers, nice break room.

      Cons

      Forced to use several weeks of PTO due to “company shut downs”. Too many steps and too hard to get parts ordered that are NEEDED for production. Very little support from higher ups. No room for growth. Company pays at the lower end. Better off somewhere else!

      Pros

      Company does compensate for 50% of Higher education classes, If you receive your A grade and it's pretaining to your position.

      Cons

      Growth is limited for a women! The business is male dominated not because of education or experience only promotes men. Enormous cultural issues! No bonus or profit sharing for women.
