a) Not too much work pressure
Cons
a) No proper policies in place. b) Very little employee future oriented c) Bad pay master d) Too many unnecessary politics at work place e) Bad , Very bad HR.. they do not follow an open door policy at all. Very laid back. f)Management still thinks that Indian employees can be taken for granted.. they need to have proper policies being set here. g)Everything is so bottle necked . h)No proper communication channels. i) Very poor infrastructure. more often than not the team here gets used and worn out stuff from the USA..
