      Pros

      In my experience, the majority of the people are very nice to work with. An easy place to be if you are on good terms with your team members/management.

      Cons

      There are so many challenges to have requests completed in a timely fashion that can be due to either: logistics/politics/ineptitude/laziness.The company can also be very "cheap".

      Great road-map of projects, Robust processes, Good Work environment Culture is too good. it will feel like home. Every one should work there once

      Cons

      Politics is the big trouble, management go with perception rather than having a holistic taught on the issue Management do not hold people accountable for any delays
