Like the reviews below say, Darragh the owner of the company is the worst place in there. He must've read about 100 books on manipulating employees. Horrible man using mental game to hurt his own staff. If you make a mistake, he will make sure to remind you about it non stop in the most unprofessional way possible, however if he makes a mistake he will do everything to put the blame back on you. He is over 40 years old and uses silent treatment as a punishment, will go above and beyond to make you work longer, ideally out of the working hours. Calls his staff after hours and contacts them on their holidays. seen him setting up a meeting at 5 pm on Fridays just to keep people longer in work. The staff turnover is so high that he has a new batch of employees every few months. Commission in there is brutal and out dated
