Pros

Great company culture that seeks to provide the employees with an opportunity for growth. I’ve been working here for about 2 months and think that this company does a great job at helping keep employees feel connected even during the pandemic while remotely working. Benefits and 401k are done through merril lynch. Matching fund is set at 3% and vesting begins immediately at the 1 year mark.

beside of Location there is nothing.

Cons

Most of people are indians with indian mentality. Micro management. No credits to your work..Lot of people are there who will take credits for everything good and blame you for everything bad..Benefits for employees only. For family, insurance is so high through this company.
