Pros

Pay never late. Recommended for people under 25 with limited experience. Also a good place to work if you want to get treated like dirt. I worked there 5 years and did many favors for OTC. That counted for nothing in the end.

Cons

Classes cancelled one day before= zero yen salary. Classes re-scheduled for 4 months time= wait 5 months for salary. Some staff in Osaka office were nice, others not so much.

Always tht one who flips out, mgmt is phony and doesn't care. Gets to hot sometimes

Okay there was a lot of commuting

Pros

The salary was pretty good,the coworkers were friendly and most of my students were nice,the Xmas and New Year holiday was long Ionly worked about 25 hours per week

Cons

There was a lot of time spent travelling to work and the paid holidays were only 8 per year some of the staff were not cooperative and hard to work with
