      - Great co-workers and staff - Crusfunnctional teams - Broad product range (elevators and escalators world have a lot to offer to any engineer and not only) - Teams technical depth - Benefits

      Cons

      - Slow to market - 90% of the jobs are outsourced - Number of key technical people left of were laid off from the company - Chaotic management style - VP is a micromanager

      Industry is short on manpower and so job prospects might be good

      Cons

      Long working hours, low pay, too much paperwork and processes. Only HQ has good working environment while other branches are terrible
