The company is great! Colleagues are amazing. Great place to get experience, folks are always ready to support.

Cons

Sometimes too bureaucratic. Based on my experience and information I have, the salary range is very low, much below the market.

At times work camaraderie was great dependent on who your general manager was. Otis contributed nicely to their 401k program Travel discounts

Cons

Medical & Dental are overpriced. No training. If you're not part of the "in" crowd you will get no where. Be your own advocate because no one will help you but you. People will throw you under the bus to make themselves look good. Push for money upfront because you will never get a big bump during review time. Raises can be anywhere from 1 - 4% dependent upon your branch contribution or if your manager likes you or not. If you're a butt kisser this place will be great for you.
