Every branch is different. Some good, some really bad

If you work in a city that has a well-run branch, you'll have great market share, good mechanicals, and loyal customers.

Cons

If you work in a poorly-run branch, which is about 50/50 from the 5 or 6 that I visited while training, you'll have a hard time selling to customers because of very high turnover of mechanics, which leads to dissatisfied customers.
