      Great people. Scholarship program. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Management don't listen to staff. We seem to be going round in circles and going back to how we used to work. If that works leave it.

      Pros

      Excellent pay, excellent benefits, outside of my particular branch, an excellent group of people to work for.

      Cons

      Sacramento branch is dysfunctional, borderline unethical, and no one seems concerned enough to deal with the micro-managing and over all bi-polar management.
