      Pros

      Flexibility and location, vacations because no one knows how to track them. Managers act like they're blind so you can pretty much get away with anything.

      Cons

      Unethical company, reps drink on the company dime and have internal affairs (married & single) which cause high school drama in the office. Company will never open their wallet to keep talent and consistency.

      Pros

      OTIS has many positive attributes for individuals coming directly from college. Their employee scholar program is top notch. This position allows you to travel and experience various parts of a region (if you choose).

      Cons

      -Lack of organization -Lack of vision -Lack of Diversity (in all regards)
