      Tons of opportunity to make money and grow within the company. Mixed autonomous work environment. As long as you’re doing your job, no one bothers you

      Unrealistic commission goal changes year over year. If you beat your sales goal, they move the post a lot further the following year and keeps doing this every year, and even if you’re doing better than the previous year, they say you’re not doing enough
