OTIS reviews

My review is for the shared service center (OGSC) which they have setup in Bangalore and not for Otis company. The worst company that I have worked ever. no work life balance, management team is worst, there is no value to the employees.entire center works as per the orders given by one person in US and all the top management itself are slaves to him, imagine the condition of the employees working under lower level. He will take all stupid decisions and everyone has to obey and follow his orders,no one dare to question him.
