      Good parts, but too old school

      Pros

      Good compensation, some freedom depending on management. You can make a lot of money in a good economy, but management is not afraid to be subjective about certain sales to take money out of your pockets.

      Cons

      It is pretty much the epitome of a conservative, glass ceiling for most, type of company. Very much lacks diversity in both ethnicity/gender/sexual orientation. I believe this has a strong effect on the company atmosphere, it is far from inclusive and open minded. If you're a Donald Trump supporter, you'll fit in just fine.

      Pros

      Stable company. Terrific tuition reimbursement program. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Restructuring and sending administrative duties to central location caused layoffs of several administrative workers across the country. Administrative workers did not receive bonuses but pushed through a lot of the paperwork to assist other coworkers that did receive IC.
