      Pros

      Our service business is like a solid rock. When the economy sinks, our service business keeps UTC afloat. The organization is built on close relationships and long-term strategic planning.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best. As with all companies, there are bad apples that fester in some positions, making everybody's lives difficult. We are now part of BIS, within the big UTC corporate umbrella, and Carrier executives have taken over. Things are constantly changing, and not always for the better.
