      Great corporate exposure for a fresher. But worst as you get along

      Pros

      Brand value in the Market.... You are recognised in the market for the brand, but not for customer service you provide...

      Cons

      1. Worst internal atmosphere. 2. Too much of politics involved 3. Higher management's deaf ear to the normal employees 4. I have my personal experiences of being a victim of fabricated claims. 5.Ideas of people In the lower level are not respected. If worked, credits given to the managers. 6. Sinking ship.

      Benefits were great, specially health and dental. Projects were very interesting. Salary was good.

      Management is too crowded, too many bosses. Personal growth is slow.
