Pros

Salary and commission are good, if you work hard you can make great money depending on the market

Cons

Otis has become more focused on getting minorities into job roles than they are promoting people who do their job well, no matter their sex or race. They have completely lost touch on what their customers want and ask for, and have lost a huge market share because of it in the Carolinas.

if you dont feel like its a good fit youre probably right, everyone leaves quickly or never leave at all. very old school company, very white male dominated and culture reflects that as well
