Decent pay if you land in a good territory, really just luck of the draw.

Cons

Senseless meetings, sales and operations pitted against each other by the nature of their jobs, little room for promotions, overall an experience I wouldn’t recommend. Easily can make the same money if not more in any sales job in a major city without half of the BS.

Can be cocky under the assumption that they are the best…which can mean that change is very difficult to accomplish.
