Established company name, job security, decent pay Good only for fresh college graduates to gain some experience or oldies who want to retire in a dead town.
Cons
Cons especially at SIT Engineering- Difficult to move up unless you are a part of your manager's "inner circle" or a brown noser Red tape corporate culture Some of the managers are arrogant racist idiots Florence town sucks to the core.
