It's great to work for an ethical company, support from a great team 2nd to none, knowledge is shared to support each other field/management. Great union agreements and a great working partnership. World leaders in the lift industry dating to the creation of moving people safely.

Cons

The odd senior manager refusing to take on board their trusted staff. Some life served engineers not realising how good a company they work for, some being stuck in their own ways also.
