Toxic leadership culture - was a great company way back when

Pros
Working at one of the facilities where you are far from the toxic leadership team, as long as my facility is doing well, we are left alone to get on with things.
Cons
The company has a new leadership who are clueless, the leadership appears to be changing on a monthly basis - this toxicity is resulting in most skilled people (who know what they are doing) taking their stuff and running as far away as possible. Not a great company to work for.
