      Pros

      Lots of work to do, able to build and develop systems from the ground up. Honestly great work life balance if you dont mind the travel.

      Cons

      Management genuinely has no idea how operations are built. Running entirely on tribal knowledge and outdated systems. Lacking critical infrastructure.

      Pros

      When I was there it was a family atmosphere and the company the paid health insurance for employees.

      Cons

      Private equity bought it out. I've heard things did not change for the better. I left shortly after, so I really don't know.
