      Relative freedom in day-to-day operations

      Cons

      -Extremely resistant to change. - Compensation is vastly below industry average. - lack of potential for upwards career movement. -Disorganized in the sense that Management has minimal industry experience and does not how to proceed in either Human Resources or the Industry.

      Insurance for the employee only is paid by the company

      Cons

      -Management populated by "Friends of Fred" who have a "Fred Card", they are totally inept and the more they screw up, the more beloved by Fred -You will be micromanaged on even the smallest of things that you do-because Fred knows best and it is HIS company -Only 5 paid holidays per year -Only 10 Vacation Days the first several years. You will use 5 of them for the days that should be paid holidays (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, etc.) -Bonus plan that has a top secret formula you will never get to know -No annual reviews/raises, once you get hired, you are stuck -Executive Management Council that could not figure their way out of a wet paper sack -Working with the children and assorted relatives of Fred

      Pros

      Working at OTR is a family feeling atmosphere. Everyone cares for everyone and goes above and beyond to help one another in excelling in their position. The owner is not only passionate about his company but passionate with his employees. Great benefits, and endless possibilities for growth.
