Good company, great opportunities

Pros

Good work-life balance, owner and senior leaders actually care about people and the community. The GM is really focused on growth and innovation and is not afraid to develop skills of his people or to make necessary organizational changes. Overall good culture. Casual attire. Amazing facility.

Cons

Sometimes the long-time employees take a while to accept change. All of the monthly social events have been put on hold due to Covid but hopefully they'll return some day.

Pros

Very chill overall environment - not too formal. Benefits aren't the best, but they are fair - probably better than average. Work is challenging enough but not overwhelming. Work/life balance is fair - I haven't needed to take work outside of work yet.

Cons

Sometimes, company politics (internally and with customers) can get in the way of delivering products efficiently. Overall morale can get pretty negative.

Pros

Small, family owned company which has an entrepreneurial spirit. You can manage the success of your job with ideas and recommendations.

Cons

Because it is a smaller company, resources sometimes are limited and you tend to wear many hats. Need to be an individual that thrives on multi-tasking and who does not mind helping do all aspects of a job from beginning to end.
