Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was less than exceptional. We have worked hard to develop a consistent first year onboarding plan, starting with orientation and a listening cycle consisting of Day 30 Rounding, Day 60 Survey, Day 90 Rounding, Day 180 Survey and Day 365 Survey. Following first year there is a listening life cycle that consists of annual surveys, pulse surveys, rounding, and huddles. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors and hope that you will consider OU Health again in the future. Sincerely, OU Health HR Team

Thank you for providing feedback, we are sorry to hear you feel that way. Our team members are very important to us, and without them, we could not provide the quality care that our patients need. Thank you for your time with us and for the work that you did to care for our patients and their families! Sincerely, OU Health HR Team

An okay job at best

Pros

Great place to gain hospital and even clinical skills or knowledge to get you where you would like to work in the future. Benefits are competitive or even better than other hospitals. I never have to work overtime or take work home. I love the people I work with

Cons

Bad management which causes high turn over and burn out. They don't really let you transition to other roles if interested. Pay is only good if you worked as a pharmacist for many years prior to applying to OU Health or if OU Health is willing to match a salary from a previous employer.
