Pros

If you want great experience taking care of the sickest of the sick patients, OU is the place for you. Nurse residency for new grads is great.

Cons

The environment is not nurse-friendly, no lunch breaks, demanding hours and/or overtime. Recruiters are not easily accessible. Food in the cafeteria is disgusting and expensive. Broken equipment.
