Heart surgeon at Children’s is amazing

Cons

Level one trauma center but can’t even run a safe trauma ICU. Don’t know how to execute ECMO well on the adult side High turnover at a Children’s too. These hospitals need to be more evidence based and policy driven. They need to look at the infrastructure of successful hospital systems.
