Great, flexible job. I am able to self-schedule myself around my school schedule. Management has been really good about letting me take a week off when I have a lot to do for school. Would recommend this job to nursing students.

Cons

Parking is really annoying. Some floors are understaffed and nurses do not seem happy, but some floors are different.

Too many divisions amd differences between OUHSC, OUP and OU med. Too much politics and paperwork to truly focus on patient care.
