      Pros

      very supportive of work live balance and their employees want for higher education, the staff are wonderful, tuition reimbursement, benefits are good

      Cons

      education given higher priority than quality experience - sometimes you're only seen by your degrees or lack their of, senior leadership talks a big game but doesn't always deliver, too much of an emphasis on title - if you aren't a director or above you are never really seen
