It's centrally localed to downtown, so it's good for the inner city commute.

Cons

Doesn't have a competitive salary. The staff does not handle difficulties in a professional manner. There is no lojalty for workers from the management. There's no incentive to excel in this environment.

New leadership is promising. Lots of restructuring happening. We are finally able to add the numbers of staff we need to run this place efficiently.

Cons

We are currently short staffed and it will take time to bring on new staff and get them trained.
