Great team work with nurse and all staff involved

Cons

At times being short handed only with a 15 min break for lunch makes for a long day if we worked 10-12 hrs for a shift

Cons

Pay but this varies by floor , management was not very knowledgeable for my particular floor.

Pros

Health benefits. OU pays the bulk of your insurance premiums. Great amount of time off - you accrue 18 hours every month. 20 hours a month once you've been with the company for 5 years.

Cons

Some departments (Dermatology for example) are not managed very well and do not meet success sharing marks. Also difficult to move up in the smaller departments.
