      Credentialing Department is a horrid mess

      Discounts through the hospital, good benefits,

      The interim director of the department has absolutely no skills in leadership, management or being a team player. Consistent negative attitude and persona, talks down to employees, berates them when they cannot "keep up" with an impossible workload and refuses to do the same work she tells her department to do.

      Their pay went up some, but not enough.

      Cons

      They took away some of the employee PTO and gave it to doctors/administration . Literally they sent out the plan on how this was to happen with a chart that showed where the PTO was going. The staff is overworked and not payed well enough for their services not to mention they changed their health insurance to where it's difficult to go to a doctor outside of OU.
