This job is just ok. The benefits and pay I receive I believe are very good.

Cons

The management shows favoritism to employees. Employees are not praised or rewarded adequately unless they are a boss' "pet." When higher management is aware of this but doesn't listen, you know there is a problem...

Great place to work, collaborative and friendly environment. The annual check-up attracts many OU students, and receives good feedback from those who used the service.

Cons

Currently I can think of nothing. All the employees were enjoying many benefits from the current policy. Although, sometime the workload could be heavy.
