      Fun with some cons

      Pros

      My coworkers are one of the things I treasure the most at OU health. Downsides of working the position is that your job outlook is quite dependent on it. Doctors range from enjoyable to speak to, to outright verbally abusive.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy is a good thing in some instances, and can be a massive hinderance in others. It's quite frequent you won't be able to get a tech request or access to something without moving heaven and earth.

      If you find the right unit/department it's an ok place to work because misery loves company. Most of the departments are very team orientated.

      Cons

      Leadership across all levels is lacking as is any direction on where the company is going and how it will get there.
