      Pros

      Exciting to be part of a "new" company and the journey to build a new healthcare organization that focuses on the healthcare of Oklahomans.

      Cons

      Old school type management; organization works in silos and leadership communication is poor. Organization has difficulty setting priorities and poor work life balance

      Pros

      They host some good events such that give free snacks and merchandise. Benefits are good as well and the pay is generally fair. Coworkers are generally very nice.

      Cons

      Management is unorganized and mismanaged in various departments. There seems to be disconnect from higher ups and those who do the actual testing. The communication us lacking. You will voice concerns and nothing will be fixed. If something is done then it most likely won't fix the situation. It doesn't matter how hard you work because they will choose seniority over work ethic.
