Business Outlook
Pros
Recently became its own legal entity and non-profit. Strong leadership across the organization. A lot of new leaders bringing outside perspectives to make us better. Leadership really cares about their employees.
Cons
Because it's a new organization a lot of the "corporate" infrastructure is still in flux. Benefits and PTO need updating but those improvements are underway. Office space is severely limited and POB needs major updating.
